More Than 80 Members of Congress Now Have Voiced Concerns about PBM Mega-Merger

that more than 80 members of Congress now have either voiced concern about, or outright opposed, the proposed merger of pharmacy benefit managers Express Scripts and Medco.
Letters to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) from five members of Congress pushed the total members of Congress weighing in on the matter to more than 80.
The members of Congress who most recently wrote to the FTC include U.S. Reps. Tim Griffin (R-AR), Rick Crawford (R-AR), John Carter (R-TX), Blake Farenthold (R-TX) and Robert J. Dold (R-IL).
