New York Civic Leader: "No One is Going to Benefit" from Proposed PBM Merger

As reported in the Queens Campaigner, a recent rally led by New York State Assemblywoman Aravella Simotas (D-Astoria) raised awareness of the feared anti-competitive and anti-consumer consequences of the proposed Express Scripts and Medco merger.  The rally took place outside of a New York pharmacy, and include local leaders and concerned residents.

At the rally, Astoria District Leader Costa Constantinides said "No one who this merger is going to touch is going to benefit," as quoted by the Queens Campaigner.
